    I worked on manufacturing the 4680 cells that power the Cybertruck. I was on the cathode team for the dry electrode process, one of the newest parts of battery production, improving the high-speed equipment on the line and keeping it running at the volume Giga Texas needs.

    Kuva Systems

    Mechanical Design Engineer Co-op · Cambridge, MA

    I designed parts for cameras that detect methane leaks. I fixed a leak with a new IP65 seal, redesigned the mirror drive, and moved parts to injection molding, which cut their cost by more than 80%.
